Chelsea:
Midfielder Cesc Fabregas returns from suspension for the game against Everton but team-mate Gary Cahill remains banned following his red card on the opening day against Burnley. Winger Eden Hazard continued his road back to fitness with 75 minutes for Chelsea's U23s on Friday night but he is not in contention for Sunday's game.
Everton:
The 'toffees' will be without midfielder Davy Klaassen who has a foot problem, whilst Idrissa Gueye and Sandro Ramirez are doubts with hamstring and heel injuries respectively. Ronald Koeman will also be without the suspended Morgan Schneiderlin along with long-term absentees James McCarthy, Ramiro Funes Mori, Yannick Bolasie (all knee), Seasmus Coleman (broken leg) and Ross Barkley (hamstring).
