Much alike Ousmane Dembele, Philippe Coutinho is reportedly keen on the move and handed in a transfer request after Liverpool turned down a second bid of £90.4m for the Brazilian.
Barcelona general manager Josep Segura assured that a deal for Dembele and Coutinho was 'close' to being completed, which prompted Dortmund to reveal on 'Kicker' that nothing had changed in the transfer saga.
Klopp also spoke out, referring to Segura: 'I don't know why other people are saying what they're saying. I don't even know him. I have never met him', the German coach said.
'We have already said what we have to say. No news from me. Nobody told me anything different since we spoke last time', he concluded.
