Lukaku was arrested after the police were called to the Beverly Hills residence where he was staying five times in five days during the summer and faced the threat of prison time.
However, the Belgian will now pay 450 US dollars (£340) to reimburse the local police, in order to see the charge against him dropped from a misdemeanour which could have carried six-month jail term.
Commissioner Jane Godfrey, who is overseeing the case, said on Tuesday: "They are reaching a disposition in this case that the first thing that must happen is the defendant must pay Beverly Hills Police Department 450 dollars for multiple response calls."
Lukaku will now only face a disturbance of the peace infraction, which carries a 100 dollar (£76) fine plus other costs and penalties.
James Eckart, for the city, and Lukaku's lawyer Robert Humphreys have accepted the arrangement, according to 'Sky Sports'.
