Following the defeat to Betis, courtesy of a last-gasp goal, Zinedine Zidane's side are only focusing on turning their fortunes around in the league at the Santiago Bernabeu.
As it stands, Madrid are seven points behind Barca, a significant gap considering how early in the season we still are. On top of that, Madrid are in an unprecedented bad run of form at their home ground.
According to the newspaper 'As', the La Liga champions have been less effective this season than they have been in the last 10 years at the Bernabeu. At that moments they have scored one goal for every 22 shots, while in other seasons the figure has been considerably less.
If we take into account the last decade, Madrid have almost always managed one goal every five shots, which suggests that the start of this season has been disastrous for Zidane and his side.
Ronaldo and co. will be hoping they can find their shooting boots to turn Madrid's fortunes around at the Bernabeu and hoist them up the league table.
