According to the 'Daily Record', Manchester City and Manchester United have joined a host of European clubs in the running to secure Milinkovic-Savic's signature.
Valued at around €100 million, Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho aren't the only Premier League teams after the 22-year-old, as Antonio Conte's Chelsea would also like to bring the Serbian to England.
However, all three will face stiff competition as allegedly heavyweights Real Madrid have also recently expressed an interest in the young star with the Spanish giants looking to reinforce their squad in the summer after a relatively disappointing campaign.
It's no surprise that so many clubs are after Milinkovic-Savic. Since joining Lazio from Genk in 2015, the midfielder has scored 12 goals in 82 appearances - a decent return given his tender age as he will undoubtedly improve more as he develops.
In addition, given Lazio are only fourth in Serie A and a long way off leaders Napoli and Juventus, the Italian club will probably face an uphill battle to keep the youngster in Italy come the next transfer window.
